Here is an example of another non-metallic stamping. This one is made from chipboard. Chipboard is made from wood pulp and has applications for furniture, packaging, automotive and flooring. For our processes we purchase in sheet stock and stamp a shape from a custom die. We manufacture a variety of colors and thickness. ,

Tru-Form manufactures a wide variety of custom springs. This small spring is manufactured from .007 stainless steel wire and has an overall diameter of .155. We also provide custom packaging and here springs are packaged right at the machine rolling onto a wire with each wire holding 5,000 springs. Each wire also has a color coded tag attached for our customer's identification need. Produced in production lots of 500,000 to 1,000,000 springs we fill high volume production needs.

Tru-Form offers a wide variety of non-metallic stampings. The one pictured is manufactured from three different materials: felt, neoprene and PSA. All three are first laminated together on a sheet. The sheet is then stamped from a die to the custom shape as specified by our customer. -metallic stampings

Tru-Form has a wide range of four-slide manufacturing capabilities from S00-S4 machines capable of forming wire or coil stock. Wire diameter ranges from .004" to .375" and coil thickness from .004" to .375" Common materials are stainless steel, aluminum, copper, steel and pre-painted materials.
