Mountain View Septic residential Septic services are now going to be fully offered once again but by our new company ConOpSolutions LLC !!

We will now be offering all of the services that we did prior that includes all residential pumping and repairs as well as point of sale inspections

This job has been months in the in the making! After 4 long days onsite we finally got one of valued customers their new muffin monster installed and operational shout out to my guys for the hard work and dedication to getting this done!

The equipment costed $25,000 for purchase and we are currently about $28,500 in the negative coming out here on free confined space entries because the station has no rails constant emergency visits to get the station back up and running when these pumps fail And countless times meeting manufacturers and technicians out here to try and diagnose the issue that is happening. this has been going on since March.

It hurts us to say that this is the station that we operate. The owner of the facility only budgeted their bill for 180 homes that won’t be complete until 2028 for $30,000 a year which covers their emergency response and week to week check-in And as a result to not following recommended O&M protocol this is how the station looks problematic, yes, at only 18 out of 180 Holmes built this is the station after six months of operation. We let them know every week what needs to be performed. Sadly, it will more than likely take an emergency overflow and a visit from the department of environmental quality for them to realize how important it is

15’ manhole that feeds another Sanford station of ours had a major grease blockage we took this property on as one of our O&M contracts in July and just got our jetting done after this repair
