Kicking it with SCIP in St. Louis! Another great SCIP show is in the books, and the education and conversations were top notch.

🎉 Congratulations to Dave Carroll on His Retirement! 🎉
At the end of this month, we celebrate Dave Carroll as he retires after more than 19 years with York Flashings. As our Northeast Sales Representative, and for many years covering the New York City market, Dave truly did it all—including stepping into the Technical Manager role when needed.
Dave’s career spans respected organizations such as Aubuchon Hardware, Emery‑Waterhouse, and Stanley Tools & Hardware, and he brought that same dedication, grit, and loyalty to York Flashings. He joined us during some of our leanest days and played a key role in helping shape the strong company we are today.
Always willing to go the extra mile—literally—Dave consistently showed up for our customers and our team, solving challenges and supporting York no matter the circumstances.
Dave’s impact will be felt for years to come, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he has given to York Flashings. We wish him all the best in this next chapter—and plenty of time with that fishing rod! 🎣
