Many of these upgrades improve manufacturing efficiency from weeks to a few days while allowing them to take the new added machine capacity and use it for insourcing work as well.  
 
This DN Solutions massive DBC 130 L II Horizontal Boring Mill with an 80 Tool Changer is just completing installation at their large machining Facility in Vero Beach.

This machine boasts X axis travel 4,000 mm (157.5”), Y axis travel 2,500 mm (98.4”) and Z axis travel 2,000 mm (78.7”) with Part Probing and Laser Tool Setting.
