The Ninja is our private label and secret formula, not found anywhere else. It is concentrated at a pH of about 12.5, but this product will not burn you even if you touched it concentrated.

You can dilute it in a ratio of 1 to 8 or 1 to 4 and use it for Hood Cleaning, Filter cleaning, Floor Cleaning, Matt cleaning, Food work Prep counters and more. It is food safe and can be used for the whole restaurant. It comes in 4 gallons per case.

Just mix 2 cups of Grease Eater with 1 gallon of water and use a pump sprayer to spray the exhaust hood system.
