The Property Maintenance Worker is responsible for helping with all maintenance procedures painting, landscaping, etc.).Some Carpentry
Responsibilities Include:
Perform general landscaping duties which include; shrub pruning, and seasonal plantings/maintenance.
Maintain and repair building structures and fixtures, including but not limited to ceiling and floor tile, partitions, doors, cabinets, and windows; patch holes in damaged sheetrock and plaster.
Construct walls and hang doors and paneling, carpentry skills a plus.
