AdvanceTrac Equipment is hiring RIGHT NOW in San Marcos, TX!

We're looking for an Equipment Prep & Yard Specialist — a full-time, in-person role where you'll keep our heavy equipment fleet clean, prepped, and customer-ready.

Here's the deal: most of our crew is out in the field each day, so this position needs someone who can work independently and take ownership of the yard without needing someone looking over their shoulder.

The job includes:
- Washing and detailing heavy equipment cabs and exteriors
- Applying decals and doing light touch-up paint
- Greasing machines and helping with basic upkeep
- Check-in/out inspections logged on a company tablet
- Keeping the yard and shop clean and organized

Pay: $17–$22/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, in-person
Location: San Marcos, TX

No heavy equipment experience required — just reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Today, we pause to remember the heroes who gave everything for this country. Memorial Day is a sacred reminder of the price of freedom — a day to honor the men and women who laid down their lives so that we could live ours freely.

Their sacrifice is not forgotten. It never will be.

For many veterans, today hits differently. It’s not about barbecues or long weekends — it’s about remembering the faces and names of those they served beside who never made it home. If you know a veteran, reach out. A kind word, a check-in, or just being present can go a long way.
