Set-up Tips for Your XpressFill Volumetric Filler (XF460 and XF260)

Our volumetric fillers are controlled by a digital timer and offer the most flexibility when filling a broad range of bottle sizes. Plus, their accuracy is key for bottle fill volumes that must fall within a consistent range to comply with TTB regulations, such as distilled spirits.

They're also perfect for most liquids ranging from wine, vinegar, liqueurs, olive oil, lotions and shampoos, depending on the viscosity.

Here's how to set up your filler.

Using your container and water as the test liquid, note the amount of time it takes to fill.

For example, a 2 oz bottle might take 4 seconds to fill, a 275 ml bottle may take 13 seconds, and a 750 ml bottle around 25 seconds. Times will vary according to the viscosity of the product.

The digital timer is precise and adjustable down to .01 seconds, and the time is stored in the memory until changed by the user.
