Each spray tip is designed and tested to meet the tough standards of painting professionals. For optimal performance, it is essential that you are pairing your tip with the proper gun filter.

When spraying thinner materials, using .006”-.013” tip sizes, use the red 200 mesh filters. For .013”-.015” tip sizes, the blue 100 mesh filter will yield best results. And, the black 60 mesh filters are intended for larger tip sizes, ranging from .015”-.029”.
