We had the beginning of a seat insert factory this week at McMillin Racing Official 😅
Earlier this week we poured seat inserts for the entire team AWD #83 trophy truck and both 6100 trucks , drivers and codrivers.
With the advancements of softer foam for under the butt, our traditional seat insert foam & the process
we use.
We continue to produce a far superior foam seat insert than anything on the market for the offroad road community!!
I work closely with Matt at Impact Foam Solutions and our past customers to continue to develop the best combination for our offroad racing customers.
We also got Luke into a Racetech USA seat that has alot more overall support especially in the shoulders. His seat insert will also have AC ventilation on this back 😍

Great time in north Carolina with , getting setup in his new foam seat insert. As most of you know I work closely with on doing these seat inserts, best foam in the business! I got Tony poured and preped the seat for a full scan to be machined. Impact will take over from here with the scan and machining, this is the way to get exact duplicates for back up cars and to create the lights insert possible.
