Just paid over 1400.00 in "Shipping and Handling" fees for a 5000.00 parts order. So when you ask me how come your drive shaft is so expensive, THIS is why. It is due to fuel costs, people costs, raw steel costs...ALL beyond our control. We have not given ourselves a raise in pay in 5 years, and we are NOT complaining, we are just thankful we actually GET a paycheck and are healthy enough to work.

In order for us to keep the Quality and Integrity of our product at it's highest, this is the way it has to be. OF course, I can buy cheap offshore parts that have holes in the casting, don't fit correctly, and have sh*tty tolerances, but I will not, after building drive shafts since 1982, I will not change, so that it's "cheaper".....why? Because I really only want to see my clients ONCE.....on Each Shaft.

Note: If you are going to be obnoxious, pushy, and just a plain di****ad, m-f**ker, then don't bother coming in with your shaft, life it too fu***ng short to deal with people like you.

Please be advised. If we have any questions or doubts about a drive shaft measurements, we will require a new one via our diagram. If one does not want to do this, we simply can not help them.....

1. The shaft won't fit correctly.

2. WE are the ones accountable.

3. We are NOT in the business to argue about who is wrong and
who is right, and we are rarely at fault when it comes to
measurements, as 75 years of combined experience goes a long
way.

4. We do not want to charge you a second time, and we certainly
do not want to redo it because one does not want to do things
correctly, for FREE.

5. We do not want to be blasted all over Social Media because of
an error caused by someone not measuring correctly...because
yes, this has happened.

6. If one get's sh*tty with us because we want things done our way,
then just please exit the building and find someone else.

7. The Customer is NOT always right.

Well, Times Are Changing, and Some People Are Changing, and Not for the Good. We may have to take full payment for drive shaft orders on the time of the order. We can not afford to have thousands of dollars worth of shafts sitting and waiting to be paid and picked up...most of you are regular clients and friends, and I hate to do this but it might be necessary from now on...after all, we have rent, utilities, parts, payroll, etc...etc...etc...
