These hinges are made from 1" X 4 1/2" X 6" and 1" X 3" X 6", Machined down too 3/4" thick with a web thickness of 1/4". Last picture is how the hinge would assemble, with a 1" diameter barrel welded...

Smoosh ‘A” Matic comes with a side butcher and flat die. This is a great tool to have at the anvil for making shoulders, tenons, and creating rose stems. Is intended for work under 3/8″ in diameter to square and the shank fits on a 1″ hardy hole. But it can be fit a smaller hardy hole by grounding down to fit the anvil, or for a larger hardy hole by making a steel wedge to hold Smoosh ‘A” Matic in place.
