We're excited to share another a recent project we completed in San Francisco!

This multi-family building underwent a major renovation, including a soft-story retrofit, foundation replacement, a complete interior overhaul down to the studs, and conversion of uninhabitable space at the ground floor. Now, the building boasts seven stunning separate units, each with its own kitchen and living area. Plus, we added two brand new ADUs on the ground floor and a detached ADU in the rear yard.
