Todays project : A chineseum split style 12v Air Conditioner. Although i had my reservations about this product, it seems to work great, only pulls around 600 watts, and blows nice and cold.

And so it begins, a slow process, on our personal build. A 1972 Winnebago Brave D18.

When you need to figure out how to get a group 31 agm mounted under a gmc safari, you have to get a bit creative. Took a rando battery tray, a bit of posterboard for templates, chop, grind, bend and buzz buzz , and presto! Removable battery tray. When the van arrived it had a Flooded lead acid battery in a hokey bracket, welded to the top of the crossmember, with nothing keeping the battery in place except gravity. It was also evident that it was welded in place with the battery in it, so it had to be cut out for removal. Apparently installed by a professional shop. Completely unservicable.
