What does it really cost to furnish an office for 20?

Standing desks: worth it? Mostly yes — but not for standing all day. The real benefit is switching positions.

Two rules: buy one that's easy to raise and lower (if it's a hassle, you'll never use it), and pay for a smooth, quiet motor over fancy presets. Sit, stand, move, repeat.
