We have established an antibody engineering technology STage Enhanced Maturation (STEM) to expand the coverage of COVID-19 mutants from a single neutralizing antibody without the need to repeat immunization or seeking for new patient donors. One of our clones LxC1-G10 is included (362) and is a bivalent binder with broad neutralization. Now we have more advanced clones that neutralize XBB.1.5, BQ.1.1, and CH.1.1.

Our anti-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid antibodies 75G5a, 84C4a, and 85C10 are specific to SARS-CoV-2 (no reactivity to SARS-CoV and other coronaviruses including MERS or influenza viruses) and have very high affinities (75G5a 82.5 pM, 84C4a 93.8 pM, and 85C10 126 pM kDa).
