Need a floor that can handle everyday wear and spills without covering up the natural character of the concrete? 💦

That’s where Westcoat’s Grind & Seal System comes in.

Used in restaurants, w**eries, and other high-traffic interior spaces, the system renews and protects existing concrete while allowing its natural aesthetic to remain part of the design.

At Orfila Winery Tasting Room, Grind & Seal was used to create a surface ready for everyday foot traffic, w**e and food spills, while complementing the space’s modern, rustic design.

The results in slide 2 speak for themselves.

While both have their place in construction, plywood is generally the more suitable substrate for waterproof deck systems, offering better dimensional recovery after moisture exposure and better edge fastener hold.

🔗 In our latest blog, we go over all the key differences between Plywood and OSB and what to consider when specifying your next waterproof deck system.
