On April 11, 1900, the U.S. Navy commissioned its first modern submarine, the USS Holland (SS-1). The USS Holland played a crucial role in the advancement of submarine construction and technology. The vessel was built by Crescent Shipyard, which would later become known as General Dynamics Electric Boat.

We just concluded a 3-Day AS9100D Re-Certification Audit & got through it with ZERO FINDINGS. Our Auditor commented that "you guys are PERFECT & that he hasn't had a 're-cert' with no findings for well over five years, so it's very rare & special".

In 2011 Altech Machining was honored by being featured in Modern Machine Shop magazine as part of their "Top Shops" program (http://www.mmsonline.com/videos/top-shops-profile-altech-machining-inc). Four years later they sent a "care package" to us & asked for a photo shoot of past recipients to show on their page, here is what we came up with.
