This 48” stainless steel rotating tortilla griddle comes out of the kitchen to add the special flair to south of the border style restaurant. A 6ft circular hood was customized to fit this griddle perfectly.

Rotating speed of 3 rpm and a 5/8” thick round steel plate. With all panels being removable, cleaning is easier now then ever.

We are beyond thrilled to show you guys this beautiful open kitchen. This kitchen was designed and built by our SDRS/FSDG team with heavy gauge custom stainless steel fabrication throughout the kitchen.
Their unique 48” rotating tortilla griddle adds the special flair to the Tex-Mex style restaurant. Indoor/ outdoor bar with over 400 seats, including 7 ice machines to make sure all of the drinks are cold and ready.

Today is the commencement of a new design/build project on Catalina Island and we couldn’t be more excited on the challenges this project comes with.
One being that our team will have to transport all equipment and supplies via boat to the island.

This 12’x 7’ walk-in freezer is approximately 200sqft keeping a steady temperature of 35 degrees. It’s 42”x 78” sliding door features a overhead track designed to travel horizontal forcing the door tight for an air tight seal.
