WE ARE SEEKING:
A talented, responsible, and creative individual interested in learning the trade and moving up! Will assist in the entire tile installation process. We will work around San Diego County (Downtown, Ocean Beach, Poway, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe). Must be self-sufficient and able to work independently.
Education:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
Vehicle/ License/Certification:
Reliable transportation (Required).
Driver's License (Required).
Skills:
Installation experience- Always a plus but not required! Will work closely with the owner to train on all of it! All we need is the right individual willing to learn, grow and master their craft.
Time Management- Managing one's own time and the time of others in order to meet project deadlines.
Experience using power tools.
Eye for design.
Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry.
Critical thinking/ Problem solver. This position will require you to think outside the box when confronting project challenges that might come up.

Accurate measurements for pre-tile setup.
Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
Repetition with careful accuracy.
