HELLO from Branch 16 - regarding details on EDGE&TA National show in September 2022,
Hello all!
The EDGE-TA Branch 16 is excited to host this year's national show and banquet, and preparations are well underway.
The 2022 Banquet will be held in conjunction with Steam-O-Rama, the joint show of EDGE-TA Branch 16 and the Ozarks Steam Engine Association (OSEA). The show will run from September 15-18, 2022.
The details for the national banquet are as follows:
Date and Time: Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 5 p.m.
Location: First Christian Church (443 North Main, Republic, MO 65738 - just a few minutes from the show grounds)
Cost: $10 per person
PLEASE RSVP BEFORE AUGUST 31 so we can plan for the correct number of people.
RSVP by emailing [email protected] OR by texting 417-399-2541. (Phone calls will not be answered; if you choose to call, please leave a voicemail.)
Please include the name(s) of each guest in your RSVP.
A brief meeting will follow the meal.
In order to make your visit with us as stress-free as possible, I've also included some information for hotels and campgrounds located within 10 miles of the show grounds. Please see the attached document for the names of those accommodations, along with their contact information.
Finally, we would greatly appreciate it if you would help us spread the word about the banquet. Share this information with your friends and fellow EDGE-TA members - we would love to see a great turnout this year, and nothing is possible without you.
