T-Core Engineers provided civil engineering services for homes along Moss Brook Cove. The project improvements included reconstructing the existing drainage infrastructure, curbs, sidewalks, and driveways. In addition, the project included the design of storm sewer infrastructure as well as an overflow spillway to adequately solve the flooding problem.

T-Core Engineers provided civil engineering services for the 2,200 LF River Trail West expansion. Located at Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas, this project enhances the City’s hike and bike trail system, connecting the campus to the broader community.

T-Core Engineers provided civil engineering services for a campground development located on approximately 17.4 acres along State Highway 16 in Fredericksburg, Texas. The project included the design of up to 145 campsites, featuring a mix of back-in RV, pull-through RV, Ultra P-T RV, and PM cabin sites. Site improvements also included roadway layout, a lodge, pool, bath house, and other campground amenities, along with up to three stormwater detention ponds to support effective drainage and long-term site functionality.

Huebner Creek Trailhead, San Antonio, TX
T-Core Engineers provided civil design services for a 0.52-acre trailhead connecting the Ingram Hills neighborhood to the Leon Creek section of the Howard W. Peak Greenway Trail System. The project included intersection improvements, utilities, lighting, site amenities, landscaping, signage, and a direct trail connection. The design also incorporated a bioretention basin to treat off-site stormwater runoff in accordance with local low-impact development guidelines before discharge to Huebner Creek.

707 Homes - Fredericksburg, TX
T-Core Engineers provided civil design and drafting services for a commercial development on an approximately 4.6-acre tract located at 707 E. Highway Street, Fredericksburg, Texas. The project included preparation of demolition, civil site, drainage, utility, and stormwater pollution prevention plans, as well as detailed site grading for building pads, parking areas, drives, and perimeter tie-ins. T-Core also designed an on-site stormwater detention basin, evaluating watershed hydrology, runoff impacts, and detention requirements to support the proposed development.

Best Western Green Oak Inn & Suites - La Vernia, TX
T-Core Engineers completed this project for the Best Western Green Oak Inn & Suites located at 100 FM 1346, La Vernia, TX 78121. The project involved improvements to a 1.61-acre site, supporting the development of a new hotel and up to 85 parking spaces. T-Core was proud to contribute to this successful project and the continued growth of the La Vernia community.
