Advancing Growth in San Marcos 🏨

LivAway Suites San Marcos is a contemporary extended-stay hotel project created to offer comfortable, flexible accommodations for travelers and long-term guests. Working closely with LivAway Suites and RESPEC, the development adds more lodging options to the growing San Marcos community.

Cude Engineers was proud to serve as the civil engineer on the project, supporting site planning, grading, drainage design, utility coordination, permitting, and construction support services, along with surveying support from our in-house team.

We’re proud to have helped deliver another successful commercial development that supports continued growth in San Marcos.

🛠️❤️ Making a difference one bed at a time.

This weekend, the Cude Team volunteered with Sleep in Heavenly Peace to help build beds for children in need. Every child deserves a safe and comfortable place to sleep, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of that mission.

The Boerne Little League Majors All-Stars have won the Texas West State Championship and are headed to the Southwest Regional Tournament in Waco with the hopes of advancing to the Little League World Series! Connecting Communities Through Smart Infrastructure 🚧

The Montgomery Road Project is a transformative infrastructure improvement effort in northeast Bexar County, designed to support continued growth and improve regional connectivity. Spanning approximately 2.4 miles, this four-lane primary arterial roadway is being delivered through multiple phases of construction and will provide critical access for surrounding residential developments and future growth. 🛣️

Cude Engineers proudly served as the Prime Consultant and Project Manager, providing surveying and drainage design services while coordinating a talented team of project partners, including Legacy Engineering, RESPEC, Garver, and Frost Geosciences.
The project is a collaborative effort between Bexar County Capital Projects, Heartwood Development Company, Mosaic Land Development, and Lennar, and includes roadway reconstruction, new roadway construction, and a bridge crossing with CLOMR coordination.

We're proud to help deliver infrastructure that connects communities, supports development, and lays the foundation for future growth.
