Did a preliminary walkthrough today going over the full spray foam envelope — from the wine room and sauna to the game rooms and every detail in between. Making sure every space is designed for comfort, efficiency, sound control, and long-term performance.

Luxury homes deserve more than just insulation — they deserve a complete building envelope built to perform. Raising the standard one project at a time. 💪

Love when builders and us spray foam specialists think ahead for a complete air seal. 👏

Using Sheetrock on common walls and T-ply or OSB on knee walls gives us a solid substrate to spray against — which is critical for proper foam adhesion.

When the foam has a solid backing, we can create a true continuous air seal that improves energy efficiency, comfort, and overall building performance.

The details matter, and when builders and insulation contractors work together from the beginning, that’s how we raise the standard. 💪
