💣 The idea to came from Maggi Zinn, Precision for Collision's customer relations and product training administrator. Maggi’s survivor story represents many employees, family members, friends, customers, and partners whose lives have been affected by .

This Saturday, Maggi, her sister Patries, and Raquel Klink from Dove Equipment MX will walk together in the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event in San Jose, California.

💗 We’re proud to support Maggi, Raquel, and the American Cancer Society’s efforts to end breast cancer as we know it, for everyone. The ICAFe Challenge Team has until November 30 to reach its fundraising goal.

It has been a bittersweet week here at Air Equipment & Repair as we celebrate the of Juli Weber. Juli started working at AER on the very first day it opened in 1976 and spent the next 50 years supporting not only the business, but also the people and culture behind it.

“Everyone's retirement is a big deal and cause for celebration, but this one hits us differently,” shared Stephanie Schoggin, who works in accounting at AER and happens to be Juli's daughter. “For one, she's our mom, and the family history plays a lot into that. But our will not be the same without her.

“She was kind of the 'mama bear' of the office. She took care of employees far beyond work and made sure the office always felt like a family.”

Thank you, Juli, for five decades of leadership, guidance, and support. Your lives on through the people and culture you've helped build. ❤️

“I’m opening this business, and you’re gonna go down and answer the phone,” said Juli Weber’s dad.
