Well factories are working at a snails pace again and shipping on parts is not exactly promt but we still have plenty in stock and have a 2 day turnaround on cameras and a week on most power tools. The RIDGID factory is currenly running over 2 months on camera repairs. So give us a call get your reel fixed and back making $$$$$
