The Moody Center is one of Jasmine Engineering's most ambitious full building commissioning projects, featuring 530,000 sq. ft. and seating for 16,223. We provided LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) commissioning services during construction to ensure the facility meets the highest standards of performance and sustainability.

Jasmine Engineering would like to officially announce that we're moving office locations!

We will be located at the Jasmine Building - 1434 E Commerce, where the Sterling building stood since the 1920s.

Jasmine Engineering, Inc. was originally commissioned to revitalize the Sterling building, as it held historical significance for many years. Unfortunately, due to the unrepairable damage to the foundation of the Sterling Building, revitalization was deemed impossible.

Jasmine and her team, along with assistance from the City of San Antonio, worked tirelessly overseeing the Jasmine Building to completion.

Completed in 2019, The Independent residential tower stands as the tallest building in Austin and one of the most distinctive designs in North America. Known as the 'Jenga Building' for its offset blocks appearance, The Independent garnered the 2021 CTBUH Interior Design Award of Excellence as well as the 2022 CTBUH Best Tall Residential Award of Excellence.

The Alamodome has been a landmark in San Antonio, TX, since it was built in 1993, hosting the San Antonio Spurs, high school, college, NFL, and XFL football games, as well as a number of major musical acts such as Paul McCartney, Britney Spears, and local favorite George Strait.

Thanks to Jasmine Engineering's project management of the construction, The Alamodome dazzled the event space world and secured $4.1 million in savings for the city.
