Just finished up a job on a 2016 Ford F-150 Ecoboost that came in with a major exhaust leak caused by a broken stud. After digging in, we found the manifold was warped from the heat. To fix it right, we replaced the studs, gasket, manifold, and even the turbo coolant lines and fittings.

Exhaust leaks can really mess with your engine, especially on a turbo. You need that exhaust pressure to keep the turbo running smooth and building boost.
