Potranco Rd., Micron Rd. to Anderson Station
Water Transmission Main
Johnny served as Project Engineer and Designer on this approximate 5-mile water transmission main, which consisted of a 48-inch concrete steel cylinder (CSC) pipe. His responsibilities included overseeing easement acquisitions from numerous parcels of land. The alignment was carefully navigated through sensitive ecological features due to discovered presence of endangered species.

Southwest Bexar County
Sewer Relief Project
As a Project Manager, Johnny oversaw the design of an approximately 32-mile long large diameter sanitary sewer system. The project design was was realized through intiative efforts by the private sector, and was identified as a major Capital Improvement contribution by providing relief service to the South and Southwest portions of Bexar County and San Antonio.

San Antonio Water System
Inspection Operations
Johnny served as the Engineer Manager overseeing inspection operations for over 100 projects of varying sizes. Projects under his purview included SAWS CIP, Bexar County CIP, TxDOT, City of San Antonio TCI, and private developments. Each project included QC/QA for water and sewer infrastructure as well as roadway restorations related to water and sewer improvements/adjustments. During his time with SAWS, he interacted closely with the SAWS Governmental and CIP design teams.

AT&T (SBC) Center
Drainage Analysis
Johnny served as the Civil Project Engineer and Designer on this high-profile project for Bexar County in San Antonio, TX. The demands of this project included overseeing the initial drainage analysis for this 168-acre site, assessing the existing drainage system capacity, and computing resulting drainage flows based on proposed improvements to determine needed upgrades to the system. Johnny coordinated with several civil design teams within the firm in an effort to integrate new utility infrastructures and grading to insure adequate drainage for the final site improvements based on his findings.

The Verizon Wireless Amphitheater
Design Site Improvements
Johnny served as the Assistant Project Manager overseeing the design site improvements for this approximately 100-acre site improvement in Selma, TX. The project design included all aspects of civil site improvements including potable water, sanitary sewer, sewer lift station design, three-phase electrical services, internal roadway, 4,000 space parking lot, and extensive grading and drainage design.

USAA Main Campus
Expansion and Upgrades
Johnny served as the Project Engineer overseeing civil design operations for this major expansion for the USAA main campus in San Antonio, TX. The project included the addition of two new building attachments to the main campus building, and the addition of new roadways and utilities to service the building. The project required substantial research on existing infrastructure including potable water, sanitary sewer, electrical services, roadways, and drainage.
