Precision Blades Inc. is a North Mississippi manufacturer of high quality band saw products for foam, fiber, wood and most metals. We are a family owned business that started in 1982. We take pride in the fact that all Precision Blades products are made in the USA. We have also instilled a pride of workmanship in all Precision Blades employees. Our 22 average non-union employee possesses over 8 year’s tenure.

Quality-Precision blades quality is unsurpassed. Our steel is imported from Germany. German mines possesses the highest quality steel (lowest impurities/hardest material) in the world. Our welding machines are manufactured by Ideal the foremost leader of high end welding equipment in the world. All this adds up to minimal defects and the maximum cuts at the highest rate of feed speed possible.
Service-Precision Blades service is equally impressive with average shipment time of 48 to 72 hours from receipt of order. Additionally we are up to the task of manufacturing/shipping in less than 24 hours when requested. We recognize manufacturing problems will occur and it is our desire to be the solution to these problems.
Pricing-As mentioned above Precision Blades is a non-union manufacturing facility located in North Mississippi. As such, we believe, we are the lowest cost producer of band saws in the industry. Additionally since we sell direct, rather than through distribution, you may find our prices are as much as 50% lower than a local distributor. Please do not assume that a lower price equates to lower quality. I assure you our quality is not compromised. These cost advantages result in lower costs and increased profits for you….our end user customer/friends.
