A gentleman saw a picture of the tow truck I made and asked if I thought I could do a vintage fire truck. After looking at many pictures of old fire trucks, and a few in person, this is what I came up with. He was pleased and I was relieved! You just don't know if commission pieces will meet the expectations of the customer or not.

I made this as a Christmas gift from a grandson to a grandfather.

Well, I'm finishing up a last few Christmas gifts ordered for this year. When I finish with these I hope to take a day or 2 off before I start preparing for shows in April 2023. I'm planning to participate in shows that have as many as 25,000 patrons. I'm looking to participate in "The Blommin" Festival in Cullman, AL and the "Flywheel" Festival in Houston, MS. I've been asked to make several welded art sculptures by commission. When I accept a commissioned piece, I make the piece and then send a pic and price. The customer who requested the commission is under no obligation to purchase the piece if they are not satisfied with the results. Tell me what you want and I will see what I can do! In the works are: vintage fire truck, 18 wheeler with trailer, guitar player and a utility lineman.

Tracy and I had a great day at the Holiday Market yesterday (hence the near empty table) held at the Tupelo Link Centre. We continue to meet new and wonderful people at each event we participate in. Big thanks to all of my customers and friends who appreciate my welded metal art.
