Project Flow Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Flow Manager to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing machine shop environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
• Operate ERP (Manufacturing Software)
• Operate and understand Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
• Understand shop floor scheduling and Job Packets (Travelers)
• Understand Purchasing and basic office knowledge
• Have good Customer Service Skills
• Be a good Team Player
• Able to sit at a desk and keep track of job status & processes

Qualifications
• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or Machine shop setting is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
