Important Security Notice from Alien Industrial Solutions

Hi laser friends! Like many of you, we are just regular folks trying to make a difference for our families and our communities. The last thing we expected was to have our Meta account hacked and have our bank account robbed by advertising products under our name that we would never represent or sell!

We’re sharing this with our network out of transparency and a genuine desire to help others stay safe.

Our Meta Ads account was compromised 4 days ago and now our account is restricted from utilizing any of our ad tools, which we've grown to depend on to grow our business.

Unauthorized parties hacked our Ad account by adding themselves as Ad Partners and they used our payment accounts to run ads (including the one shown) that charged us thousands of dollars and led to nearly 80 people purchasing a product we never sold or endorsed.

We are trying to work directly with Meta, however, their Meta AI is the only way to communicate with them for issues of any kind.

Meta does not have phone numbers to talk to actual human beings in order to resolve these matter and get back to business in a timely manner. If you know of a phone number we can call from Meta (Facebook, Instagram) that would be AMAZING!

If you clicked on suspicious ads appearing to be from Alien Industrial Solutions (We only advertise industrial sales of machines or services) and/or made a purchase for the product(s) fraudulently advertising, you may be at risk.

Here are some recommended next steps:
- Dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer immediately.
- Secure your accounts and change passwords (enable 2-factor authentication)
- Monitor for any unusual activity and report it immediately.
