We hiring for Inside Sales / Elko NV! Inside Sales Representatives provides support on technical issues relating to pump, seals, and industrial applications with existing sales team. Providing timely and accurate technical evaluation of products in order to aid in increasing the sales for the Outside Sales team. He/She will have a keen understanding of C.H. Spencer’s product offerings, and the ability to support projects while communicating our value to the Mining, Power, Industrial and Municipal Markets.
Principal Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and suppliers by telephone, and email; providing quotations, entering orders, and expediting information
Follow up sales leads and quotations
Assist in the development of accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features
studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
Qualifications:
Professional phone and email demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.),
Inside sales experience in an industrial environment is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
