From hollow bar installation techniques and troubleshooting to drill maintenance and operational best practices, these programs provide valuable real-world experience that helps crews improve productivity, efficiency, and jobsite performance.
If you’ve never attended a TEI Hollow Bar School, you’re missing one of the best hands-on training opportunities in the industry. ⛳️ BREAKING NEWS: FLEET EXPANSION AT WESTERN EQUIPMENT SOLUTIONS ⛳️
A good friend of President John Wilson recently gifted him a golf cart, proving once and for all that being a decent guy does occasionally pay off. 😎
Of course, there was a catch… John brought it to the shop and the awesome team performed a minor “battery rehabilitation program” to get it back into service. After a little TLC, the newest addition to the WES fleet is officially operational.
While it may not drill a hole, install casing, or run a micropile job, it does provide a highly efficient solution for transporting management across our 5+ acre Salt Lake City yard.
We’re currently evaluating whether the golf cart qualifies as a limited-access support vehicle, a service truck, or John’s executive transportation package.
Either way, it’s already improving productivity by reducing travel time between equipment inspections, parts runs, and the occasional conversation around the yard.

🚧 Ground Stabilization in Saratoga Springs, Utah 🚧

The TEI Rock Drills MME 260 HT is hard at work with CST Concrete Stabilization Technologies, Inc. on a ground stabilization project in Saratoga Springs, Utah.

As this unit is part of our rental fleet, our team is taking the opportunity to review installation procedures, maintenance requirements, and operational best practices firsthand. This hands-on experience allows us to better support our customers with the knowledge and service they need to maximize uptime and productivity in the field.

The MME 260HT continues to demonstrate why it is a proven solution for ground stabilization, soil nailing, anchoring, and specialty geotechnical applications. We’re proud to provide equipment that helps contractors tackle challenging projects with confidence.
