Hello, I’m Sarah! I’ve lived in Salmon for over 13 years and I really love this little community and our river. I’m a mom, wife, social worker, Reiki teacher/practitioner, and Sound Journey facilitator!
It’s been a little while since I’ve introduced myself. I love nature, horses, whale sharks, and almost all other critters. I enjoy spending time with Devin and our boys, and being in or near water is my happy place.
I enjoy helping others find their happy place too. Helping couples create nurturing and supportive relationships has been my career focus for the last few years, and I’m expanding that work into more mindful and grounded offerings through Reiki and Sound Journeys.
If you know me, you know I’ve been with Lemhi Valley Social Services since I moved here. I still work there one day a week, but I needed more time to be a mom to my three boys and step into a different space to offer new healing modalities.
The White Horse Healing Center was established two years ago and offers a serene space for meditation gatherings, Sound Journeys, and other mindfulness-based events.
That brings me to this post — I’m excited to offer my first outdoor Sound Journey at the Sacajawea Center Amphitheater!
Join us to celebrate summer, the long days and cool nights. Sound and vibration create a really unique experience — perfect for meditation or even a fun date night!
Sit in a lawn chair, lie on a yoga mat, and notice how the vibrations move through your body and invite deep relaxation.
