Andy wasn’t just the founder of AWB—he was its foundation, its steady hand, and its heart. What began in 1979 in his basement with one draftsman grew into the firm we are today, guided by his belief in honest work and thoughtful, lasting solutions.

Beyond his work, Andy built a culture of trust, respect, and genuine care—values that will continue to guide us every day. He believed in giving back and staying connected to the community.
