This is the exact level of customer satisfaction we strive to provide on every project, big or small! These fine gentlemen came from San Antonio, Texas to pick up a semi trailer they won at a "as is" Copart auction. What they didnt know is all 4 airbags were blown and the rear electrical harness/air lines were completely melted. Copart wouldnt even allow them to stay on their property to have repairs made. Due to blown bags, the trailer wheel wells were making heavy contact with the tires and caused blowouts just moving the trailer off Coparts property. They went through 5 different roadside services to have the tires replaced and it cost them a whole day. We were the first and last welding service they called, arrived within 1 hour of getting the call. Removed all 4 bags and welded in 4 3x3x3/8 sq tube legs were the bags were to at an elevation that would keep the wheel wells from rubbing their tires. This roadside repair, which took 3 hours, allowed these guys to make their way back to San Antonio where full repairs could be made in their home shop. Couple of great gentlemen to work for, love doing our part to keep America's truckers on the road!

Modified this cotton chute for one of the largest textile companies in the world. This piece moves on a metal track and metal on metal contact was wearing the chute out and causing deformation of the chute. I applied my knowledge of large hydraulic press gibs/liners to this problem and the customer and I mutually agreed we should modify this chute to have removable UHMW liners. These liners are cheap and easy to replace, a lot cheaper and faster than repairing or making steel chutes. One small investment from our customer will save them a lot of $ on downtime in the future. Shoutout to our good friend Thomas Purser for knocking out the machining for us!

200 hospital door brackets tig welded for a local machine shop. Customer dropped them off yesterday afternoon and we were able to finish them all today, their deadline for us was next Monday. We take pride in offering quick turnaround times without sacrificing quality!

Small handrail repair and bollard install for USPS in Faith, NC. Customer called us on Wednesday to get a quote, quoted the job Thursday morning and completed the job Saturday to avoid interfering with their business operations.
