SERVICE FRIDAY | What’s Under the Floor Matters

This week, we’re going underground at Church at the Park, Workforce Development & Kitchen TI in Salem!

Working with Dalke Construction, our Jet Service Plumbing team is installing the new under-slab infrastructure that will support the renovated kitchen and workforce development spaces. The project includes sanitary & vent piping, grease waste, domestic water, gas piping, kitchen & fixture connections, and excavation, backfill & compaction!

Our Fire Protection team is also on the project, modifying the existing sprinkler system to support the newly renovated spaces.

Soon, most of this work will be covered by concrete, but it’s the foundation that keeps the building working.

Safety Starts with Our Team

Our team recently participated in CPR and life-saving response training, strengthening the skills needed to respond when every second counts.

Whether we're on a jobsite, in the office, or out in our communities, we're committed to making sure our team has the training and resources to help keep themselves, their coworkers, and those around them safe.

Our HVAC and Electrical teams are proud to help bring 124 energy-efficient, affordable apartments to Portland’s Montavilla neighborhood.

The Legin Commons project features an advanced solar-powered battery backup system and recently received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy in early July.
