We do commercial maintenance and we do it well. 

We recently had a medical clinic sign up for quarterly maintenance and a long term service agreement. This is a 20,000 sq ft facility with 36 exam rooms, 2 reception areas, 8 bathrooms and other areas that need routine maintenance to ensure they can provide seamless treatment. 

Our quarterly maintenance will be focused on preventive maintenance items specific to their building needs while the contracted service agreement provides them with on call support with our trained technicians and management of projects by our in house team. 

All of this at one fixed monthly price, which allows them to budget their maintenance costs making it predictable and reducing large surprise expenses.
