Weekend Updates:
1.No Saturday afternoon Rehearsal.
2. Banquet is at 6:00 at Grace Hall @ Grace UM Church. Casual/Jeans are fine.
3. Sunday morning - report at 9:30 in front of the banner that is in front of the church. We will take a group picture, then warm up. The service begins at 10:45.

Here's the schedule:

One Way Brass: Tomorrow @ 3 we will load up at Grace and move/set up at FBC. Early dinner- then back to the Church before 6:00.. REHEARSAL BAND ONLY THURSDAY AT 6:00

Friday morning at 9:00 - band only again at FBC.
Lunch on your own

1:00 p.m. on Friday- volunteers meet at Grace Hall (Grace Methodist) set up for Saturday banquet

FRIDAY AT 2:00 One Way Singers and Brass.. first rehearsal

Dinner Break @ 5:30 - Joe's Pizza at FBC

Resume rehearsal

Saturday morning @ 9:00 EARLY START.. Singers/Brass rehearsal

Noon - lunch on your own

Resume rehearsal @ 1:30 p.m.

Dinner at Grace Methodist (Grace Hall) @ 6:00 p.m. (catered by Produce Plus)

Sunday morning: 9:30 tune up/warm up.. wear black/khaki pants/skirt - solid color shirts

Performance starts promptly at 10:45... (will be on facebook live - more info on that as I get the details)

Following the performance: One final chance to spend time together - meal provided for OWS/immediate family .. purchased by your payments..

ALL HANDS REQUESTED TO HELP TEAR DOWN/RESET FBC AND RETURN EQUIPMENT TO GRACE METHODIST
