Short-staffed behind the deli counter? You're not alone.

Our VP of Sales & Marketing, Dan Tsiakos, sat down with DELI BUSINESS to talk about how equipment is changing the modern supermarket deli. His take on automatic slicers like our 8713S and 1000S:

"One associate can keep the slicer running while also handling packaging or helping a customer."
