Before the technician shows up, there's someone who made it happen. 📞

This Customer Service Week, we're celebrating our customer service teams across our operating companies! They are the ones who respond to the call, find answers, and keep customers updated until the job is done.

Thank you for the care you bring every day! 💙

"Five go out and two come in."

That's how our CEO James Mylett described the skilled-labor gap this week at the 2026 CFESA Annual Conference in Lake Geneva, where he joined George Roberts-Smith and Kevin Fink on the panel "AI Integration from the Service Perspective," moderated by Joe Carbonara.

His take: AI has to be the bridge until we start tucking our kids in at night and saying, "I hope you grow up to be an electrician or an HVAC tech."

A few of our favorite insights from the panel:
🎤 Don’t start with AI as the goal. Start with the problem you're trying to solve and then how AI can help.
🎤 Don't do AI just to do AI. Sometimes the answer is a better process or simple automation.
🎤 Bring your people with you. Build fluency, ease the fear, and set measurable goals.

James offered a challenge to the room: "Individually, it’s like we are whispering at a rock concert. Collectively, we can change the world." We need to be a digital lighthouse for this industry, together.

Thank you to CFESA for bringing the food equipment service community together, and to our fellow panelists for a great conversation.

Get a clear breakdown of what changed, what didn’t, and what it means for your operation: https://pulse.ly/pm5bj4ifmp.

The EPA pushed refrigerant GWP limits to January 1, 2032, but the 2026 leak-repair and recordkeeping rules did not change. Here is what applies to your equipment now.

Today marks 25 years since the September 11th attacks.

It's a moment that reshaped how we think about safety, resilience, and what it means to show up for one another in our communities and in our workplaces. We remember the lives lost and honor the first responders who ran toward danger.

Wherever you were on 9/11, however it touched your life, today is a day to pause and remember.
