We would like to take the opportunity to recognize the fine bowling talent within ECHT. Winner of the the esteemed "2024 El Duderino" award was presented to Jon Petrocchi of our heat treat division. Trophy for "Least (insert sophmoric word for p**p) Bowling Team" was presented to Fran Gagliardi. Finally the winner of the "Dead Ass Last" award and donkey trophy was presented to the team headed up by Garret Ripple.

ISO - Second and Third Shift Furnace Operators

Job Summary

This is an entry level operator position on second and third shifts. We're seeking up to three operators. The positions can be physical at times and are continuous. You must be able to lift and carry approx. 30 pounds on a routine basis and also be available for work on a full time basis. Your own transportation is a must. The position may require some additional overtime, but will obviously be compensated.

Position will start ASAP.

Interested candidates must provide their own transportation, be available for work on a full time basis, be physically able to perform the job requisites and also be an asset to our growing team.

Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.

Benefits

Pay will begin at $11.00/hr while on our probationary period which will last 90 days. Upon successful completion of the probationary period you will move to $12.00/hr. Pay range for this position ranges between $12.00-$15.00/hr.

We offer a 3% matching IRA and vacation after one year, paid holidays and medical benefits after 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 /hour
