Throughout this time, PE Services has redefined several innovative methods of testing, verification, and documentation which have enabled our trusted partnerships to remain strong and continue to grow. Our Licensed Professional Engineers are expert problem solvers during the design phase and throughout each stage of construction. Since our inception in 1995, using expertise and reputation, PE Services has had a client first focus on the wide variety of projects we have worked on. Our goal is to do good work, always. We were founded by Ann Johnson Stewart, licensed civil engineer, over two decades ago. Ann has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering design, construction, and teaching. Ann’s experience and connections in the field of materials testing and civil engineering are what has enabled the firm to consistently grow throughout the years. Ann directed the Construction Management Degree Program at the University of Minnesota from 2000-2015, leading the program through its first accreditation. She also teaches AutoCAD, Civil 3D, surveying and highway design in the Civil Engineering Department. Ann is currently running for the office of State Senator in District 44 to continue to educate and support legislators about infrastructure issues.
