ElSol & FireFarm-by-ElSol Lighting is rapidly expanding and is looking for additional 1st shift on-site Metal Fabricators, Light Assembly, Welders, Grinding Machine Operators, Powdercoat Painters, Wire Benders, CNC and Laser Cutting Machine Operators, Seamstresses, Electrical Wiring Benchworkers and more to help us build our beautiful custom lighting fixtures!

We all wear many hats in the building at El Sol & FireFarm-by-Elsol, so if one of these job titles is your specialty or if they interest you, we'd love to cross train you on other stations as well. We are very interested in experienced fabricators and operators and also looking for recent grads from Technical Schools along with interested referrals and recommendations of friends and family of people who'd like to learn and be trained.

We are Woman-Owned and Minority-Owned and absolutely interested in expanding our diverse workforce. Our company is tri-lingual Spanish-English speaking and also Polish-English speaking; we are always looking to expand our Latino-American team and our Polish-American teams.

We're located in Benton Harbor-St Joseph Michigan so some of our team comes from surrounding Saugatuck, Kalamazoo, SouthBend, and Michigan City ...all a short drive away. Hampton Inn Silver Spring is wowing their guests with their recently remodeled lobby featuring Mid Century Modern inspired custom decorative lighting fixtures built by ElSolCustomLighting.com of St Joesph Mich.

These clever brass and globe fixtures harken back to the mid mod 50's and 60's, but they're brand new ceiling and wall lights designed and built by El Sol. Luxurious looking custom lighting to please any specifier, with a value engineered budget to make any purchaser or owner happy!

The production of Fire Farm lighting fixtures is moving from Iowa to Michigan -— still 100% Made in the USA!

Fire Farm commercial lighting designs will now be manufactured and distributed by: El Sol Custom Lighting of St Joseph, Mich, featuring FireFarm-by-ElSol licensed designs -

Fire Farm's equipment and raw materials are currently moving from Iowa to El Sol’s 25,000 sq ft Michigan facility making giant shades, wire frames, and UL Listed lighting fixtures in the US. We're very excited to see what the new Fire Farm by El Sol will bring to the architecture and design community.

El Sol also welcomes Andy Schaidler as their new consulting National Sales Manager for the product lines of both companies. Adam Jackson Po***ck will continue as a consulting designer and consulting engineer to El Sol for the licensed Fire Farm designs.
