Our company is looking for a Welder/Welder Helper to join our team. We’re seeking a, dynamic, hardworking individual capable of interpreting designs, monitoring machinery, and assessing welded components. While majority of your duties will be welding, use of a plasma torch, band saw, drill press and forklift may be required.
The successful candidate will also have an outstanding attention to detail, and a reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities:

- Interpret drawings and measurements to plan layouts.

- Weld small and large components.

- Use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines that perform the same job.

- Maintain and repair all machinery.

- Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors.

- Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature.

- Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.

- Use band saw, plasma torch, drill press and other machinery needed for fabrication of jobs

Requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of welding machinery, fabrication equipment, and manual tools.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, designs, and a measuring tape.

- Outstanding attention to detail.

- Reliable form of transportation.

- Eagerness to work and meet deadlines.

Dropping off these light brackets for galvanizing today!

2" X 4" x 3/16" tubing with 3/8" mounting brackets and 1/2" base plates. All of these parts were cut in-house on our Mazak laser.
