DCI supplies steel and stainless steel alloy equipment to many industries that require the metal’s long-lasting, corrosion-resistant advantages in processing and storage equipment. Cloud, Minnesota, features a 101,000 square-foot production facility and corporate offices. Industries served by DCI include dairies processing milk, cream, ice cream, butter, cheese, yogurt and whey products; breweries

and wineries; cosmetics; the beverage industry for processing its products, including storage of sucrose and fructose; and the pharmaceutical industry for processing and storing blood plasma and sterile water, as well as in manufacturing drugs like insulin and interferon. Biotechnology is a relatively fast-growing industry and DCI’s ability to produce fermentors of extremely high quality has placed DCI in the forefront as an equipment supplier.

“Dairy Craft . . . America’s new name for perfect craftsmanship in milk pick-up tanks.”

Our roots in dairy helped build the foundation for who DCI is today. What started with craftsmanship in stainless steel vessels has grown into engineering, fabrication, automation, and process solutions that support some of the world’s most critical production.

As we celebrate , we’re proud to look back on where we started and even prouder of how that experience continues to move us forward.

We had a great time hosting the St. Cloud Technical & Community College Welding class this morning!

The group started with an overview of DCI and what we do, then split into smaller groups for a hands-on tour of our shop floor with our team leading the way. It was a great opportunity to give them a closer look at the craftsmanship, processes, and real-world applications behind stainless steel fabrication.

We wrapped things up with some donuts and time for questions.. We appreciate the students taking the time to visit and hope to see some familiar faces back here in the future!
