St. Bernard is home, so projects like this mean a little more. SSE was proud to fabricate the exterior stairs for the new Special Operations Division facility for the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Office. We’re grateful to have played a part in a project that supports the safety and future of our community.

This new facility is an important investment in public safety, emergency preparedness, and the future of St. Bernard Parish. It’s always meaningful to contribute to projects that help strengthen the community we call home!

Yesterday at the LA.IO Innovation Day at the Louisiana State Capitol, SSE Steel Fabrication was featured, named as a partner, and recognized from the stage — and we couldn't be more proud.

As a 30+ year structural steel fabrication company based in St. Bernard Parish, we've always believed that innovation isn't reserved for Silicon Valley. It's built right here in Louisiana — in our shop, by our people, with our hands.

Our partnership with LA.IO and Persona AI to deploy the first state-backed humanoid welding robot in U.S. manufacturing is proof that heavy industry and cutting-edge technology aren't mutually exclusive. We're collecting real welding data, training AI systems, and positioning Louisiana as a leader in the future of fabrication.

Being recognized at the state level alongside some of Louisiana's brightest innovators is an honor we don't take lightly. This is bigger than SSE — it's about showing what's possible when traditional industry leans into what's next.
