This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Brian Manyen, who recently transitioned into the role of Standing Seam Estimator at EXCEPTIONAL® Metals.

Brian has been part of the EXCEPTIONAL Metals team for 21 years, starting out in production and fabrication on the shop floor before moving into leadership roles throughout his career. Today, he supports customers by preparing quotes and orders while helping bring project ideas to life through creative problem-solving and product innovation.

What Brian is most proud of, though, is his own growth. After spending most of his career in hands-on construction and manufacturing roles, stepping into the office and estimator side of the business was a new challenge; one he has embraced wholeheartedly.

Brian also enjoys collaborating on new ideas and designs for both customers and the team, even helping develop and improve several products along the way.
