Meet Tom Anaman! 👋

For nearly 14 years, Tom has been an important part of the EXCEPTIONAL® Metals team. After searching for a job with long-term career opportunities, a good environment, great people and a strong reputation, he knew he had found his home at EXCEPTIONAL Metals from day one.

Today, Tom is a Brake Operator on the manufacturing floor, but his role goes far beyond one job title. A self-described "jack of all trades," Tom is always ready to jump in wherever he's needed. Along the way, he's learned about the roofing industry, expanded his skills and gained experience with machinery and processes he had never worked with before.

One of the things Tom is most proud of is seeing the products he helps make out in the real world. He remembers driving home with his son and passing a flatbed loaded with EXCEPTIONAL Metals products. When his son recognized the materials and asked, "Isn't that your work?" Tom got to give him a pretty great answer: "Yeah, we make all of that." It's a moment that made him especially proud of the work he does.

Tom also takes that team mentality seriously when it comes to safety, playing an active role in keeping safety at the forefront of everything the team does so everyone can go home to their loved ones in the same condition they arrived.

Thanks for everything you bring to the team, Tom! We're glad you're part of EXCEPTIONAL Metals and look forward to watching you continue to grow!
